About the Role

The Senior Manager, Enablement & Activation drives strategic account activation, operational performance, and business intelligence across the organization. This role owns the systems, processes, and reporting that turn strategy into execution: activating priority accounts, standardizing and improving core processes, building and maintaining dashboards and KPI tracking, and producing the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) delivered to critical clients. The Senior Manager partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to surface issues before they impact clients or revenue, hold workstreams accountable to plan, and independently identify and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Account Activation
    • Own the activation strategy and coordinate execution for priority and strategic accounts, translating portfolio priorities into targeted, measurable plays.
    • Identify whitespace, dormant, and under-penetrated relationships and drive coordinated activation with sales, business development, and branch teams.
    • Build and maintain account activation playbooks, routing logic, and prioritization models that direct effort to the highest-value opportunities.
    • Track activation activity and outcomes against goals; report progress and adjust plans based on performance.
    • Diagnose the causes of account stagnation or activation delays, and apply findings to improve activation strategy and playbooks.
  • Process Improvement
    • Assess current operating processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and lead improvements that increase speed, consistency, and accountability.
    • Maintain playbooks and process documentation; communicate new or updated processes clearly across teams and confirm adoption.
    • Collaborate with counterparts across workstreams to share best operational practices and standardize how work gets done.
    • Drive adoption of new processes and tools across workstreams, ensuring changes are sustained beyond initial rollout.
    • Monitor compliance with standards, internal processes, and systems; escalate when timelines or protocols are not met.
  • Dashboards & KPI Tracking
    • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into performance against plan.
    • Define and track the KPIs that matter for activation, revenue, and operational health; ensure data integrity and consistent definitions.
    • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly operating reports; coordinate on forecasts and budgets, assess variances, and flag performance gaps to leadership.
    • Turn data into clear, actionable insight, recommending next steps, not just reporting the numbers.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
    • Own the end-to-end build, standardization, and delivery of QBR materials that support effective, well-rounded business reviews with clients.
    • Partner with direct leaders and cross-functional leaders to structure the narrative, ensuring QBRs effectively demonstrate value, performance, and priorities.
    • Establish a repeatable QBR framework and cadence so reviews are consistent, efficient, and executive-ready.
  • Operations & General Responsibilities
    • Monitor operational workstreams across the business so potential issues are identified and resolved before they affect internal teams or clients.
    • Support leadership in developing annual business and operations plans by compiling priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
    • Coordinate and support internal meetings and events, including agenda preparation, scheduling, and follow up.
    • Log and track activity within relevant systems (e.g., progress updates, reporting inputs, action items).
    • Coordinate and support training and enablement programs for team members.
    • Adhere to all company best practices and provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
    • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility

May supervise analysts, coordinators, or specialists supporting enablement, activation, and reporting. Provides informal leadership, mentoring, and direction to cross-functional partners.

  • Experience with operational reporting, financial analysis, KPI tracking, and budget coordination.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable building executive-ready materials and QBRs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and comfort escalating matters and driving change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint capabilities; willingness to learn new systems.
  • Must be willing to be on camera for virtual meetings.
  • Independent worker, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams.

Qualifications
