Senior Manager, Dispute Resolution and Cash Application

Join us in connecting people to commerce in this vital, rewarding role. As the Senior Manager, Dispute Resolution & Cash Application, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations for dispute resolution and cash application, serving as the go-to expert in this space.
Responsibilities
- Owns daily execution of global dispute resolution and cash application operations.
- Serves as primary SME for disputes, deductions, unapplied cash, and short pays.
- Led resolution of complex and high-risk disputes, partnering with cross-functional leaders.
- Drives reductions in aging disputes, unapplied cash, and past-due receivables.
- Ensures strong internal controls and SOX compliance for cash and dispute processes.
- Acts as first line of defense for operational and control risks within the tower.
- Partners day-to-day with Transformation Lead to design and implement process, system, automation, and AI improvements.
- Acts as operational owner for cash application systems, lockbox, and bank integrations.
- Champions automation and AI, including intelligent cash application, automated matching, and dispute root-cause analytics.
- Leads global teams, including shared services.
- Translates GDL strategy into measurable execution and cash outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years in Dispute Resolution, Cash Application, AR
- Strong internal controls and SOX experience
- Hands-on leadership in global operations and system implementations
- ERP, lockbox, and bank integration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, Public accounting and/or audit background
- ERP experience (both SAP and Oracle)
- Automation and AI exposure in cash or dispute processes
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience.
