About the role

This role is designed for a problem-solver with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex challenges, who thrives in ambiguity and brings the technical rigor required to navigate sophisticated architectural problems while effectively influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in ETO and CTO environments across Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, SAP ECC & S4, and downstream processes.
• Lead the implementation of manufacturing solution with complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, Super BOMs, Super Routings, Bill of Process & Equipment, Electronic Work Instructions integrating with CAD, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, Master Production Schedule Management.
• Seamlessly integrate manufacturing process and solution with various workstreams such as PLM, order management, logistics, production planning etc., to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization, providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, order management, and manufacturing teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to translate intricate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management.
• 8+ years of experience in leading and supporting end-to-end manufacturing processes and solutions in ETO and CTO environments.
• Experience working with Siemens Teamcenter, OpsCenter, SAP ECC & S4 solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an intrinsic drive to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, proven ability to collaborate and influence across all organizational levels.
• A strategic thinker, self-starter with strong ownership and accountability with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing or engineering-driven environments.
• Prior consulting experience in large-scale Siemens & SAP implementations or transformations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial/manufacturing engineering or business management.
• Wafer Fabrication Equipement or Semiconductor industry experience.

We offer a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex.

• On-site Flex: Work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
• Virtual Flex: Work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

Salary

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $137,000.00 - $287,000.00. The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
