Senior Manager - Development Finance
About the role
The successful applicant will work in a team with Mark Harrington the Head of Development Finance for the North East, Yorkshire and The Humber region. You will be joining our small but experienced team, who are committed to making positive change in how development funding is delivered to SME property developers.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of key strategic projects that require debt led solutions.
- Ensure efficient, consistent and effective delivery of development finance to SME's.
- Work with key stakeholders and a professional property finance team.
- Balance day-to-day delivery while bringing innovative solutions to the Bank’s offering.
Requirements
You'll be comfortable supporting the head of team with complex loan structure issues, aiming to find solutions for commercially viable development schemes. You will be proficient in deal structuring and deal negotiation.
Qualifications
You'll enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade. As an experienced lending professional, you’ll understand how to manage colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
Skills
Resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level. Good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an origination team. Enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way. Able to negotiate and persuade. Understand how to manage colleagues and work with others as part of a team in a collaborative, inclusive way.
