Responsibilities
- Execute the implementation strategy for innovations in in-office labs, aligned with growth plans and digital transformation
- Lead and mentor a team of lab implementation managers, setting objectives and ensuring accountability
- Oversee planning and execution of multiple lab process launches and technology upgrades
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline implementation processes and resource allocation
- Utilize KPIs and tracking systems for accountability and visibility in implementation progress
- Enforce standardized workflows and training programs to ensure operational consistency
- Drive user adoption of digital systems by fostering alignment and addressing resistance
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements based on performance data and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- 3+ years in dental lab operations, clinical implementations, or healthcare project management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects in a DSO or multi-site healthcare organization
- Deep understanding of digital dental technologies and workflows (e.g., CAD/CAM systems, intraoral scanning)
- Prominent track record of driving accountability and delivering measurable results
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time for lab rollouts and engagement
