Senior Manager, Dental Lab Implementation

Responsibilities

• Execute the implementation strategy for innovations in in-office labs, aligned with growth plans and digital transformation
• Lead and mentor a team of lab implementation managers, setting objectives and ensuring accountability
• Oversee planning and execution of multiple lab process launches and technology upgrades
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline implementation processes and resource allocation
• Utilize KPIs and tracking systems for accountability and visibility in implementation progress
• Enforce standardized workflows and training programs to ensure operational consistency
• Drive user adoption of digital systems by fostering alignment and addressing resistance
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements based on performance data and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years in dental lab operations, clinical implementations, or healthcare project management with 2+ years in leadership role
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects in a DSO or multi-site healthcare organization
• Deep understanding of digital dental technologies and workflows (e.g., CAD/CAM systems, intraoral scanning)
• Prominent track record of driving accountability and delivering measurable results
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time for lab rollouts and engagement
