Senior Manager - Datacenter Operations - Storage, Backup and Recovery Platforms

Responsibilities

• Oversight of performance, capacity, and availability of enterprise storage and backup environments
• Management of storage technologies and backup solutions to meet scalability and retention goals
• Development of operational procedures for storage systems and backup recovery processes
• Maintenance of system health and implementation of capacity planning for long-term data availability
• Ensuring compliance and regular testing of disaster recovery capabilities and business continuity plans
• Lead vendor negotiations and maintenance of service level agreements and partnerships
• Drive financial transparency and optimization of storage utilization and costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or 10+ years in IT infrastructure roles
• 5+ years managing datacenter operations with large scale storage and recovery environments
• Strong technical knowledge of NetApp, data protection technologies, and recovery practices
• Prior experience with multi-site datacenter operations
• Proven budget management skills and vendor negotiation experience
• Effective communication and leadership skills, able to influence stakeholders
