Senior Manager, Data Center Operations

For a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Data Center Operations to lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data center engineers while ensuring accountability
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of physical infrastructure
• Develop capacity planning frameworks that support business growth
• Drive execution of hardware refreshes and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage relationships with colocation and hardware vendors
• Establish operational standards and incident response protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center engineering or infrastructure operations
• 3+ years in a leadership role in technical environments
• Strong knowledge of server hardware and cooling systems
• Experience in capacity planning and forecasting
• Proven project management skills for complex initiatives
• Familiarity with vendor management and colocation operations
• Relevant certifications like CDCP or CDCE are a plus

Pay

$110,000 – $188,000 annually
