Responsibilities
- Execute short and long term strategic plans to enhance regulatory engagement and reporting programs, incorporating AI to boost productivity
- Lead collaboration with teams to improve and validate audit and regulatory reporting artifacts
- Tailor communications for various audiences, articulating program strategies and expectations effectively
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, reviewing data for trends and recommending actionable improvements
- Manage issue resolution by identifying risks and partnering with technology and risk teams on remediation efforts
- Prepare the organization for upcoming engagements by maintaining an updated engagement calendar
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity or technology
- 4+ years of experience in process or project management
- 4+ years of experience in risk management or audit
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 7+ years of project management, IT, or Cyber audit experience preferred
- Business Process Management (BPM) and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
