Senior Manager, Customer Program Management- Datacenter Engineering and Operations

For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Program Management within Datacenter Engineering and Operations. This role focuses on leading operational priorities to drive execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional execution by leading R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams
• Act as a trusted partner, building strong internal customer relationships to clarify needs and action plans
• Develop and present executive-level updates and dashboards on program health and risks
• Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities with long-term business objectives
• Build resource models for capacity and resource planning, preventing bottlenecks during infrastructure deployments
• Manage and resolve customer-reported issues, ensuring accountability and timely follow-through

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry, ideally in datacenter infrastructure
• 4+ years of leadership or team management experience in a high-tech setting
• Proven track record of influencing decisions in a cross-functional, multinational context
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritize and align teams

Pay

$240,000 – $379,500 annually
