About the role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing and AI. Lead Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Infrastructure Engineering. Develop engineering standards for AI/GPU data centers and liquid cooling. Provide technical oversight for new builds, retrofits, and operational improvements. Support Site Operations, Deployment, Construction, and Design organizations. Own infrastructure specifications, documentation, and governance. Develop engineering talent and succession planning. Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, and Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Develop engineering standards for AI/GPU data centers and liquid cooling.
  • Provide technical oversight for new builds, retrofits, and operational improvements.
  • Support Site Operations, Deployment, Construction, and Design organizations.
  • Own infrastructure specifications, documentation, and governance.
  • Develop engineering talent and succession planning.
  • Drive reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years mission-critical data center engineering.
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams.
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, controls, liquid cooling, UPS, generators, and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in leading engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.
  • Experience with AI/GPU data centers and liquid cooling systems.
  • Ability to develop and implement engineering standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Benefits

Competitive salary range: $156,800.00 - $196,000.00. Bonus opportunities based on company and individual performance. Equity compensation provided to eligible employees.
