Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering engagement, accountability, and growth.
- Partner with business leaders to help define and execute a comprehensive TA Strategy for high volume recurring and hard to fill, niche roles at the corporate level.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment strategies across entry-level to senior-level corporate positions, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent priorities.
- Create and manage a strong relationship with senior leaders across lines of business and develop strategic partnerships to manage the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for specialized, executive-level and confidential vacancies.
- Serve as an enterprise-wide champion for the Workday platform, including ownership of ATS capabilities and platform optimization.
- Support in the design & execution of the NCLH recruitment process, leveraging data, industry knowledge to identify and attract best-in-class talent and influence the long-term hiring strategies for the NCLH organization.
- Champion the NCLH recruitment process. Stay up to date on recruitment trends, best practices, legal developments, company policies, and benchmark comparisons so you can be a collaborative and valued business partner with your hiring managers.
- Drive strategic and operational excellence in recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, data accuracy, and consistency.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent across key functional areas.
- Screen and source both active and passive candidates in person, over the phone and/or virtually to include behavioral based interviews from entry level to senior level positions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, providing insight on talent markets, trends, and hiring strategies.
- Collaborate on initiatives that elevate the company's reputation as an employer of choice, with an emphasis on early careers.
- Oversee vendor and search partner relationships, ensuring performance and alignment with organizational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal hiring policies.
- Drive ongoing improvement of Workday recruiting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience recruiting in a medium to large organization, including 3 or more years leading recruiting teams.
- Proven success supporting both entry level and senior leadership level hiring within a corporate environment.
- Experience leading a high performing talent acquisition team with an eye for detail and flawless execution on stakeholder deliverables.
- Experience confidently supporting, advising, and coaching leaders across the organization.
- Experience working across cultures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with prior experience from management consulting, business development, or search firm.
- Strong experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, iCIMS, PeopleSoft and conducting behavioral based interviews with ATS implementation experience preferred.
- Experience working in both external recruiting agency and corporate human resources department preferred.
- Experience across both agency and corporate recruiting environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing recruiting workflows, metrics, and process improvements.
