We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Job Posting Date: 12 Sept 2026 - Location: Miami, US - Job ID: 7696 - School: Group Central Support US Office - Company: Nord Anglia Education - Corporate Development Senior Management Workplace: Miami (Hybrid) - Job Purpose: You will be responsible supporting NAE's growth strategy by providing full transaction support to the 3 major types of corporate development projects (Acquisition transactions, New build projects and Existing campus expansions), with a focus on acquisition projects. - Reporting: Reporting to: Head of Transaction Delivery & Integration (London). - Job Responsibilities: includes sections: Market Prioritization and Pipeline Development, Acquisitions, Integration of Acquisitions, New Builds, Strategic Studies, People Management and Leadership, Cliente Liason/ Customer Support. - Requirements: Personal Specifications (list of bullet-like items) and Personal Attributes (list of bullet-like items). - Additional description about Nord Anglia Education (company overview) maybe part of About the role? Could be considered "About the company" but not required. The instructions: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include About the role (maybe includes job purpose and company overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Qualifications maybe separate but we can combine with Requirements? The instruction says we can have sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role (job purpose, company description). Responsibilities (detailed). Requirements (personal specs and attributes). Possibly Qualifications (maybe overlapping with Requirements). Skills (maybe part of Requirements). Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not mentioned. So we should not include those sections. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview paragraphs (the long description about Nord Anglia Education). Also include the job purpose, reporting line. Also include responsibilities broken down. We need to format using

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what constitutes a list. The responsibilities have subheadings like Market Prioritization and Pipeline Development, Acquisitions, etc. Each of those have bullet-like sentences. We could treat each responsibility section as a

maybe? But the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are the top-level sections. Within those sections, we can use
      • for lists. So we likely have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. Possibly Qualifications (if separate). But we have personal specifications and personal attributes which could be under Requirements. Could also split into Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (analytical, etc). But we need to avoid creating thin sections. Perhaps combine into Requirements section with both specs and attributes as lists. We need to preserve all substantive info, so we need to include the bullet points under Personal Specifications and Personal Attributes. We also need to include the reporting line and job purpose maybe in About the role. We need to exclude duplicated lines: there is some repetition of Nord Anglia Education description later (the paragraph about "We’re Nord Anglia Education..." etc). That is duplicated content; we should keep only one instance. The earlier paragraph about Nord Anglia Education is similar but not identical. We need to preserve all substantive information; but if duplicated, we should remove duplicates. So we need to decide which to keep. Likely keep the first description (the longer one about over 80 schools, etc.) and maybe also keep the later paragraph about "We’re Nord Anglia Education..." as it adds some extra info (transformational education, etc). But there is overlap. We need to see if they are duplicates or just similar. The first description: "Nord Anglia Education is the world's leading premium international schools organization. Our over 80 international schools are located in the Americas, Europe, China, South East Asia and the Middle East. Together, they educate more than 80,000 students from kindergarten through to the end of secondary education. Although each Nord Anglia Education is unique in character and tailored to meet the needs of their specific location, all our over 14.000 employees around the world engaged in the common vision and mission. Our vision to shape a generation of creative and resilient global citizens that will change our world for the better. Our schools educate students from preschool to the end of secondary education. Curricula taught in our schools include the English National Curriculum, International Baccalaureate, American Curriculum, Swiss Curriculum, French Curriculum and Shanghai National Curriculum." Later description: "We’re Nord Anglia Education, the world’s largest premium international schools organisation. Every day, our teachers and support colleagues help our thousands of students achieve more than they ever imagined possible. A transformational education at one of our schools is focussed on excellent academic outcomes, creativity, wellbeing, and international connectedness. Our people are empowered to make a difference in their fields of expertise. Our fast pace of growth requires evolution and change from everyone, giving you the chance to define the role you do in the future. This challenges the learning agility of our employees and ensures every day brings interesting new experiences. Founded in 1972 in the United Kingdom, our first international school opened in 1992 in Warsaw, followed by rapid growth across the world since the 2000s. When you join our team, you’ll become part of a global family of experts working for a fast-growing premium international brand." These are not exact duplicates; they provide complementary info. So we should keep both, but avoid repeating same sentences. We'll combine them into a cohesive About the role section. Now, we need to exclude boilerplate: "On-line applications need to be directly through the Nord Anglia Education careers page and should include a CV." Also "At Nord Anglia Education, we are an equal opportunities employer..." etc. Also "Nord Anglia Education is committed to ensuring the highest possible safeguarding standards..." etc. Remove those. Also remove "Job Posting Date: 12 Sept 2026 Location: Miami, US Job ID: 7696 School: Group Central Support US Office Company: Nord Anglia Education" maybe we can include location and maybe job purpose but not as headings. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we could include a short

with location and maybe job posting date? But they said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep location, maybe job posting date? It's metadata but substantive? Probably we should keep location and maybe job posting date as part of About the role? The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short

with location and date. But we need to decide if it's minor metadata. Likely yes. We'll include a

at top: "Location: Miami, US. Posted: 12 Sept 2026." Or similar. Now, we need to avoid repeating the job title as a heading. The job title is "Corporate Development Senior Management". Not to be used as heading. Now, we need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (includes location/date, company overview, job purpose, reporting line) - Responsibilities (list of duty areas) - Requirements (includes Personal Specifications and Personal Attributes) We could also have Qualifications separate but we can incorporate into Requirements. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections. Now, we need to format. We'll output something like:

        About the role
