About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bakery operations. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining production schedules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain production schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with ERP systems and production control software.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and GMP guidelines.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
