Senior Manager, Corporate Development

For a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate Development to support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution.

About the role

You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and source transactions by engaging with partners and industry leaders
• Drive the analytical evaluation of opportunities with financial models and business cases
• Lead due diligence efforts with cross-functional teams for prospective targets
• Collaborate with partners in structuring, negotiating, and executing transactions
• Manage multiple demanding timelines, adapting to shifting priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in biopharma business development or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and business evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain integrity with confidential information

Pay

$144,000 – $216,000 annually
