Preferred Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills At least 5+ years of experience with a background in research or marketing Demonstrated ability to think strategically, turning insights into actionable recommendations. Passion for putting people at the center of marketing efforts and using insights to drive engagement and brand love. Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results. Experience and success in using data to tell a story; including the ability to draw and synthesize insights from a number of different sources Well-rounded experience in various research methodologies Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to be objective in analysis & share learnings constructively Strong written and oral presentation skills Apparel retail experience preferred but not required Ability to lead a team with managerial experience Role The Sr Manager, Brand & Market Insights is responsible for building a deep understanding of people, the market, and the perception of our brand, enabling teams to Put Her First. Responsibilities Work closely with Brand Strategy and Customer Strategy teams to build a deep understanding of consumers and the market Drive brand health tracking initiatives to measure brand health and identify strategic opportunities for improvement Drive organizational understanding of the market and key categories within, informing senior leaders and cross-brand strategy initiatives. Provide insights to inform annual and seasonal marketing plans, ensuring we’re building strategies that support key drivers and break down key barriers. Develop monthly dashboards to socialize brand health and market share insights Create clear, concise presentations that highlight customer insights and articulate strategic opportunities for growth.
