Senior Manager, Compliance PMO (Remote)

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Compliance Project Manager(s) and budget
• Lead the Compliance project management office
• Influence senior leaders to drive strategic projects
• Translate vision into projects with milestones
• Develop action plans to measure success
• Serve as program manager for critical projects
• Analyze processes for efficiency and prioritization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 10+ years of work experience needed
• 7+ years in project management
• 3+ years of direct people leadership
• Experience in medical device, pharma, biotech, or healthcare industries
• High level of critical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills
