About the role

Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and refinement of compensation structures supporting the company's technology sectors
  • Translate business strategies into actionable compensation frameworks for tech roles
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop proactive compensation strategies for critical positions
  • Drive job architecture evolution for tech roles to ensure scalability and clarity
  • Conduct compensation and workforce analytics to guide strategic decisions
  • Create scenario models and analyses for proposed compensation changes
  • Oversee benchmarking and market pricing strategies to ensure competitive compensation practices

Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role; tech sector experience preferred
  • Expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs for tech talent
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency; experience with HRIS and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Deep understanding of compensation survey methodologies and market pricing tools, especially in the tech domain
  • Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven insights and compelling storytelling
  • Experience overseeing a small team of compensation professionals, focusing on professional growth and workload management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline

Pay

$201,100 – $283,200 annually
