About the role
Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and refinement of compensation structures tailored for the client's tech sectors.
- Translate business strategies into clear compensation frameworks for tech roles.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders on proactive compensation strategies for critical tech positions.
- Support job architecture and leveling for tech roles aligned with enterprise frameworks.
- Conduct in-depth compensation analytics to inform recruitment and retention strategies.
- Develop scenario models for proposed compensation changes and their impacts.
- Manage benchmarking and market pricing strategies to ensure competitive compensation for tech roles.
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in compensation, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally supporting tech organizations.
- Experience designing and implementing compensation programs for tech talent, including salary, incentives, and equity.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Deep knowledge of compensation survey methodologies and market pricing tools, with experience in tech market benchmarking.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and effective communication.
- Experience managing and developing a compensation team of 2-4+ professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Pay
$201,100 – $283,200 annually
