What You'll Own

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 8+ Network Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth
  • Drive engagement strategies that strengthen member participation and deepen connections across YPO Networks
  • Partner with Network Directors, Council leaders, Marketing & Communications, Learning, Forum, Global Events, and Data & Insights teams to enhance the member experience
  • Serve as a key advisor and escalation point for network engagement best practices, policies, and operational excellence
  • Champion innovative approaches to community-building, member activation, and cross-network collaboration
  • Develop scalable processes, tools, and resources that support engagement efforts across the Networks ecosystem
  • Lead strategic initiatives that align with departmental and organizational priorities while continuously improving operational effectiveness
  • Elevate storytelling and communications efforts that showcase the value and impact of YPO Networks

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management experience
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend actionable next steps
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy, execution, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Publicate, or similar platforms
Additional Information
  • Travel: 10–15% (domestic & international)
  • Flexible hours to support global teams
