Senior Manager - Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Community Engagement and Strategic Partnerships, reports to the Lead Director, Program Evaluation and Quality Improvement, Health Engagement and Access Team (HEAT) office. This role is responsible for enabling equitable, coordinated care by strengthening community and provider ecosystems, improving care navigation, and equipping the workforce to deliver integrated, culturally responsive care that improves outcomes and social impact. The incumbent builds and stewards trusted relationships with communities, providers, and partners, drives strategic partnerships, and increases member and provider engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of prior relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in building interventions to address upstream barriers for better health outcomes.
- Prominent level of interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple business areas, community and provider partners.
- Coordinates and prepares for external community partners and provider meetings.
- Ensures that the most impactful internal subject matter experts (clinical, regulatory, financial, analytical, etc.) are utilized to optimize performance.
- Experience developing analyses and presentations to explain business issues, quantify financial impact, and provide recommendations.
- Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Proven ability to interact with, influence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing matrixed environment with ability to leverage internal business partners to complete intervention design.

Education
A Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree (Master's) is preferred.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $75,400.00 - $182,549.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
