For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Senior Manager Commercial Finance to support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance.
About the role
You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead validation and assumptions of revenue pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales and GMs to critically assess forecasts
- Document and uphold defendable forecast assumptions
- Align revenue forecasts with margin and liquidity conditions
- Set and enforce standards for contribution margin
- Review significant deals to safeguard against margin erosion
- Serve as a financial advisor during commercial discussions
- Identify and escalate key financial risks related to pricing and costs
- Ensure alignment of revenue recognition with financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in commercial finance or similar roles
- Strong understanding of revenue forecasting and margin governance
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration
- Experience in acting as a financial partner to business unit leaders
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying margin leakage
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and deal review processes
- Ability to challenge and influence decision-making in a commercial context

Pay
$125,000 – $150,000 annually
