About the role

The Senior Manager, Commercial Execution & Program Management is focused on the day-to-day management of our promotional offerings. This critical role within the Growth Marketing & Content team drives results by managing in-quarter commercial execution, working closely with external partners to secure and maximize promotional investments, and pioneering new ways of working. You will act as a commercial execution leader and a transformation champion, managing complex promotional deployments, reconciling promotions based on performance, and initiating programs that transform legacy workflows into automated, AI-driven systems.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Promo Operations: Oversee the end-to-end execution of promotional offers in the market, ensuring seamless alignment between the overarching promotional strategy and all downstream execution channels—including Go-To-Market (GTM), creative, messaging, merchandising, rep training, and PR.
  • Performance Alignment & Reconciliation: Actively monitor in-quarter promotional performance and recommend alternative promotional offerings or contingency actions to ensure the delivery of quarterly volume, revenue, and cost targets while maximizing overall commercial yield.
  • OEM Investment Management: Ensure we secure a fair share of promotional investments, while working closely with key stakeholders including Finance and Sourcing to manage the entire funding lifecycle—from contract execution and invoicing through to final payment processing.
  • Process Optimization: Initiate and lead large-scale programs designed to structurally optimize legacy processes and establish faster, more agile ways of working across the commercial pipeline.
  • AI Implementation & Automation: Transform manual tasks by deploying AI solutions and workflow automations to streamline the creation of promotion materials, OEM funding trackers, and all marketing briefs.
  • Program Management: Scope projects, develop roadmaps, and manage functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and the successful adoption of new automated tools across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Comfortability working in white space and wearing many hats daily.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and deck-building.
  • Experience building product requirements, developing business cases, and driving the strategy behind technical product builds.
  • Experience managing multiple high-visibility, high-complexity projects simultaneously.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and managing executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a product through the development cycle and to the market.

Qualifications

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • An MBA or other related advanced degree.
  • Proficiency with conducting research and cleaning/analyzing data.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to manage day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Suite products (slides, sheets, etc.).
  • Experience building cross-functional relationships and influence.

Schedule

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as set by your manager. Scheduled weekly hours: 40.

Pay

The annual salary range for this role based on a full-time schedule is $140,500.00 - $245,000.00. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
