Senior Commercial Program Manager

About The Role

As the Senior Commercial Program Manager at Feastables, you will own key elements of the day-to-day execution of product commercialization across the business. You will be the operational engine that keeps new products moving from concept to shelf, ensuring every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch
• Own project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership
• Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, R&D, design, sales, marketing, finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned
• Maintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions

Recipe for Success

• 7+ years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Strong cross-functional communicator - comfortable working with both creative and operational teams and senior leadership
• Extreme ownership mentality - you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem
• Detail-oriented with a bias for action; you keep things moving without losing accuracy
• Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
• Packaging or supply chain experience is a plus

• For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $105,000-$130,000.
