The group serves as an in-house advisory and strategic resource, working in partnership with Club leadership and League Office departments across ticketing, sponsorship, marketing, media, content, business intelligence, fan development, operations, expansion, market analysis, ownership transitions, and strategic growth initiatives. The Senior Manager, Club Performance & League Growth will support high-impact Club advisory work, League Growth initiatives, strategic analysis, senior-level materials, and cross-functional projects that improve commercial performance, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise value across MLS. This individual will operate as a versatile strategic generalist with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to move seamlessly among strategy, project management, analysis, presentation development, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Support Club Performance initiatives through in-depth analysis, project management, and stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Support League Growth workstreams, including club transactions, strategic investments, expansion, ownership transitions, and market analysis.
- Develop high-quality presentations, memos, and dashboards
