Position Responsibilities

  • Create and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, software and service agreements, and customer expansion.
  • Support fundraising efforts through design of strategies and materials to secure resources that enable rapid growth.
  • Lead other strategic efforts as needed, to include office/factory expansion, M&A exploration, and other initiatives related to growth.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to capture growth, and execute said strategies.
  • Ability to learn railroad operations, use cases, and networks. Ability to engage with customers or potential customers directly.
  • Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
  • Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as cross-functionally in small teams.
  • Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • Experience in client-facing roles is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.

This position is in-person based in St. Louis, MO.
