Position Responsibilities
- Create and execute growth strategies for customer acquisition, software and service agreements, and customer expansion.
- Support fundraising efforts through design of strategies and materials to secure resources that enable rapid growth.
- Lead other strategic efforts as needed, to include office/factory expansion, M&A exploration, and other initiatives related to growth.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies to capture growth, and execute said strategies.
- Ability to learn railroad operations, use cases, and networks. Ability to engage with customers or potential customers directly.
- Ability to understand and convey technically complex product benefits and value propositions in simple terms.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Self-starter willing to operate independently with autonomy as well as cross-functionally in small teams.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience in client-facing roles is strongly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is preferred.
