Senior Manager - Cloud Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - Cloud Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This leader will oversee cloud engineering delivery for a distributed enterprise environment, with a strong emphasis on Azure infrastructure, hybrid-cloud capabilities, and operational reliability. The role is responsible for aligning cloud platform execution with broader technology strategy while supporting business priorities across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with infrastructure, security, operations, and project teams to improve service performance, cost discipline, and delivery outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop cloud engineering staff, with a focus on performance management and succession planning. Own Azure infrastructure and platform delivery across multiple environments. Develop cloud platform roadmaps aligned with technology strategy. Guide the design, deployment, and support of Azure and hybrid-cloud capabilities. Monitor service performance, availability, and operational risk. Lead FinOps practices, including budgeting and cost optimization. Manage cloud service intake and resource allocation across projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of progressive infrastructure or cloud experience, particularly with Microsoft Azure. 3+ years of leadership experience in a distributed enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD processes. Experience in cloud financial management and reporting.
