Senior Manager, Clinical Site Payments, Portfolio Management

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reconciliation of global investigator grant expenses
• Oversee creation and lifecycle management of purchase orders for clinical site payments
• Own monthly PO accrual analysis and ensure compliance with SOX
• Develop understanding of site-level financial closeout processes
• Maintain clinical site payment KPIs and reporting metrics
• Act as primary liaison between Clinical Site Payments and R&D Finance
• Ensure adherence to SOX requirements and audit readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• 7+ years of experience in finance within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Strong proficiency in financial systems like SAP, Oracle, Ariba, and Agiloft
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage financial models and cash flow projections

Pay

$136,400 – $181,400 annually
