Senior Manager Clinical Informatics - Hybrid
As a member of the Providence St. Joseph Health Clinical Informatics management team, the Sr. Manager, Regional Clinical Informatics collaborates with Directors and Medical Informatics to implement, support, and optimize clinical informatics, the Caring Reliably framework, IS strategy, and other organizational commitments. This role partners with clinical transformation leaders, including GVPs of Clinical Nursing Informatics, CI Regional Directors, ministry Nurse Executives, and other clinical and physician leaders, to manage staff performance in informatics initiatives. The focus is on leveraging information technology and services to support nursing and interdisciplinary care partners in practice, clinical applications, clinical/administrative decision-making, research, quality improvement, education, and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Directors and Medical Informatics to implement, support, and optimize clinical informatics initiatives.
- Partner with clinical transformation leaders to drive informatics initiatives with an emphasis on technology and services supporting nursing and interdisciplinary care.
- Manage staff performance in informatics projects related to practice, clinical applications, decision-making, research, quality improvement, education, and resource management.
- Support the Caring Reliably framework, IS strategy, and other organizational commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Informatics, BA, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, or related healthcare field.
- 8 or more years of related experience.
- 6 or more years of leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Informatics, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, or related healthcare field (or degree in process).
- Certification in Informatics (upon hire).
- Epic Certification in one or more applications (upon hire).
- Informatics certifications or credentialing (may substitute for up to 2 years of experience at the hiring manager’s discretion).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $68.62 - $108.34 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift. This role follows a hybrid workplace model.
