About the role
We are seeking a motivated and curious Senior Manager to join our Consumer Practice in the New York office, working across lifestyle and CPG brands. In this role, you will supervise large-scale client accounts with multiple work streams, lead high-profile, award-worthy integrated activations, and manage day-to-day client relationships. You will oversee account teams, inter-agency collaborations, and work with high-profile celebrity talent, influencers, and red-carpet events. Additional responsibilities include strategic program planning, analytics, media relations, and developing creative concepts.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead high-profile, earned-driven integrated activations and productions.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, offering clear, actionable counsel.
- Oversee account teams and inter-agency relationships.
- Recommend programs and activities aligned with client goals.
- Delegate projects effectively and allocate agency resources to match client budgets.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
- Engage in business development, strategic planning, and analytics.
- Develop and execute creative concepts, including earned, social, and influencer programs.
- Manage conflict resolution and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Anticipate client and team needs while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Requirements
- At least 6-8 years of experience in an agency or PR/Communications role, ideally within the consumer, CPG, beauty, or lifestyle spaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership with emotional intelligence and adaptability to manage diverse client personalities.
- Proven ability to deliver best-in-class client service across earned, social, and influencer programs.
- Experience managing interagency teams and turning ideas into actionable plans.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for financial analysis and managing projects within set parameters.

Pay
Salary range: $85,000 USD - $100,000 USD. Compensation within this range will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, market considerations, and budgetary constraints.
Schedule
Omnicom policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days per week, with potential for increased in-office requirements over time.
