Senior Manager, Clearing Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Clearing Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $227,630 – $267,800 annually Responsibilities Own daily clearing, settlement, margin, and position reconciliation functions Lead relationships with external partners and regulators Drive development of clearing procedures to meet CFTC standards Partner with Product and Engineering for operational readiness of new products Build and scale a high-performing clearing operations team Support regulatory filings and governance as a subject matter expert Qualifications 7+ years in clearing operations at a CFTC-regulated entity Expertise in full trade lifecycle for CFTC-regulated derivatives Experience managing relationships with clearinghouses and FCMs Proven track record in building operational teams Strong knowledge of CFTC regulations and requirements Utilizes generative AI responsibly in operations Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Equity and bonus eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
