Senior Manager, CAPEX Procurement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CAPEX sourcing strategies for capital investment plans
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage and prioritize the capital project portfolio
• Establish category management strategies for procurement of engineering services and construction
• Lead competitive sourcing events to optimize value and project outcomes
• Oversee sourcing for capital projects from conception to closeout and establish procurement plans
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
• Drive cost savings and manage financial risks across projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, engineering, construction, or capital projects
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams
• Proficiency in sourcing and negotiating complex contracts including EPC/EPCM and construction services
• Prior proven experience managing multimillion-dollar capital projects with successful outcomes
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and influencing decisions
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
