Procurement Manager-Capex
Description
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for capital expenditure projects, ensuring optimal cost efficiency and quality standards.
Manage supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management processes to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure alignment with company objectives and compliance with contractual agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and deliver innovative solutions.
Provide detailed analysis and reporting on procurement activities, cost savings, and market trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations, as well as relevant legal and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and supply chain department.
Requirements
- A strong background in capex procurement and supply chain within the FMCG or Industrial manufacturing industry.
- Proven expertise in capital expenditure sourcing and supplier management.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement-related tools and software.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capex procurement and supply chain management.
- Experience in managing complex procurement projects and supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Pay
$100,000 to $120,000 USD annually plus discretionary bonus.
Schedule
This role is hybrid (3 days onsite) and based in Newnan, Georgia.
