Senior Manager, Canada

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Canada to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This leader will own the Canadian market strategy and drive growth across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and retail channels. The role requires a commercially minded operator who can translate local consumer insights into action, strengthen key partnerships, and align execution with broader North American priorities. You will also play a central role in forecasting, inventory coordination, and cross-functional planning to support profitable expansion in Canada. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually Responsibilities Become the expert on the Canadian market, including consumer behavior and competitive dynamics Own the Canadian P&L and drive revenue growth across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and retail channels Evaluate team needs and partner with internal experts for resource allocation Build and manage retail partnerships with key Canadian accounts Localize marketing and brand presence for Canadian consumers Develop demand forecasts and coordinate inventory with supply chain Collaborate with U.S. leadership to align Canadian strategy with global objectives Qualifications 5-8 years in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail with P&L accountability Hands-on experience with Amazon Marketplace and direct-to-consumer management Startup or high-growth experience in building strategies Commercially minded generalist with a strong e-commerce foundation MBA preferred Bilingual in French is a plus Benefits Flexible PTO to support work-life balance Equity options to share in company growth Paid parental leave for all new parents Employee discounts on products Work from home stipend Monthly team events Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
