Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.Oversee the technical support process, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and maintaining high service quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges and opportunities.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize team performance and project outcomes.
