Position Summary

The Americas Senior Lateral Recruitment Manager will coordinate and supervise the US Lateral Recruitment function, working closely with the Global Director to develop strategic plans and deliver outstanding client service. They will manage the team, source candidates, and ensure accurate reporting and data management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the lateral recruiting strategy, focusing on top talent and long-term strategic fit.
  • Manage the US lateral recruitment team, offering guidance and support, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
  • Lead and manage complex or difficult to fill vacancies, senior regional roles, and other challenging positions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, keeping up-to-date with trends and competitor benchmarking.
  • Manage reporting, metrics, and data, using data to improve results year-on-year.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and recommend different approaches to lateral sourcing and recruitment.
  • Manage the team's use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate reporting and stakeholder management.
  • Ensure a global mindset in recruiting strategy, participating in Global Recruitment meetings to share knowledge and new initiatives.
  • Work with regional counterparts to manage the Recruitment Approvals process and support workforce planning and headcount management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Recruitment and People Advisory to coordinate recruitment efforts and maximize reach.
  • Participate in firm-wide projects to improve and elevate lateral recruitment activity, including direct recruitment, D&I, and employer branding.
  • Forecast, budget, and monitor costs, ensuring a constant flow of consistent, on-brand information.
  • Present the W&C EVP and Firm Values with diligence.
