About the role

You will connect executive strategy with operational execution within the CFO/COO function. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build M&A integration playbooks, coordinate active integrations, analyze business information, improve operating processes, and drive ambiguous high-priority projects through to outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-priority cross-functional company initiatives
  • Build M&A integration playbooks and reusable frameworks
  • Lead end-to-end integration execution for active transactions
  • Coordinate product, finance, legal, people, engineering, and operations workstreams
  • Translate deal intent into operational execution
  • Structure ambiguous business problems
  • Synthesize business data and deliver recommendations to executive leadership
  • Design and implement operating frameworks and processes
  • Lead ambiguous high-stakes projects from definition through outcome

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, M&A integration, corporate development, management consulting, investment banking, or a comparable role
  • Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate insights to senior leaders
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Hands-on M&A integration experience is preferred
  • Experience building integration playbooks and work plans is preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative or business discipline is preferred
  • Experience with consumption-based or capital-intensive business models is preferred
  • Experience in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or AI chip development is preferred

Pay

$195,000 – $235,000 per year
