Business Operations Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Operations Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will own day-to-day operational health across critical workflows, with a strong focus on queue management, turnaround time, and backlog reduction. The position will partner closely with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to improve productivity, strengthen audit accuracy, and maintain high service levels. The ideal candidate will also help design scalable processes, drive change management, and leverage AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,500 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Own daily operational health, including monitoring TAT, managing backlogs, and optimizing queue performance Oversee operational performance while ensuring a feedback loop of productivity and audit accuracy Design, test, and launch scalable workflows with a focus on change management and KPI tracking Partner with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to align operational priorities Identify and implement AI solutions to improve operational efficiency Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving issues affecting vendors and internal teams Qualifications 6+ years in business operations or operational leadership Proven track record of driving operational change and results in fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving skills and operational execution abilities Comfortable managing ambiguity and complex issues Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative analyses effectively Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Benefits Employer sponsored health, dental, and vision plans with low or no premium Generous paid time off Monthly mobile or internet stipend Stock options for all employees Bonus eligibility for all roles excluding Director and above Parental leave program 401K program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
