Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview. Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (like "Lead and facilitate strategic improvement projects, Operational Excellence councils, capability-building initiatives, and other Corporate, Aerospace, or divisional transformation activities as assigned." appears twice). Also remove "All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process." (application instruction). Remove "All candidates will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all candidates’ privacy rights and data security will be protected in accordance with applicable laws." (privacy). Remove "At Eaton, we strive to provide compensation and benefits that attract, engage, and retain the best talent." maybe keep? It's generic but maybe considered boilerplate. However we need to keep substantive info: salary range, variable incentive program, benefits overview. The sentence about compensation and benefits is generic but could be considered boilerplate. The instruction says: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The compensation statement is not exactly those categories, but it's generic. Might be okay to keep? The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We can include Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Pay: yes salary range and variable incentive. Benefits: mention Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Also link to Eaton Benefits Overview. That's substantive enough. Schedule: travel approx 25% anticipated. Also location options. Could be considered schedule? Not exactly schedule but location and travel. Could include under "Schedule" maybe not. The rule says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. For Schedule, we have travel percentage. That's specific. So we can include Schedule section with bullet: Approximately 25% travel anticipated. Also maybe mention location options? That's not schedule but could be under "About the role". We'll keep location in About the role. Now sections: - About the role: could contain overview description (first paragraph plus location and travel? maybe travel goes to Schedule). We'll put overview in About the role. - Responsibilities: combine Essential Functions bullet points (Business Rhythm & Operating System Leadership, Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement). Could be two sub-sections? But we just need
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a single list of responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications? But we have separate Qualifications and Skills sections. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically: Requirements = mandatory qualifications (required). Qualifications = preferred qualifications? Skills = skills/competencies. We'll allocate: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (Bachelor's degree, 10 years experience, etc.) plus maybe the immigration sponsorship note? That's a requirement (no sponsorship). We'll include that. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (Bachelor's degree in specific fields, global matrixed experience, prior Plant Manager etc.) - Skills: Position Success Criteria (business acumen, influence, working knowledge of OEX methodologies, Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred, analytical/project management/facilitation skills, proficiency in tools, communication/presentation skills). Also maybe Leadership Development & Career Path? That's more about role, but could be in About the role. - Benefits: Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Also link to Eaton Benefits Overview. - Pay: expected annual salary range $165000 - $242000 a year, variable incentive program. - Schedule: Approximately 25% travel anticipated. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We must not include duplicated lines. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:
