Senior Manager Bar & Lounge - Beau Rivage

The Job

The Senior Manager of Bar & Lounge will oversee three key venues: 875 Lounge, BetMGM Sportsbook Bar, and Lux Lounge/MGM Swing Suites. Responsibilities include:

• Guiding management and service teams
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Managing labor productivity and inventory control
• Executing and developing marketing strategies
• Partnering with the Director of Beverage for business development
• Managing human resources including hiring, training, development, and succession planning
• Scheduling and overseeing floor operations
• Monitoring and analyzing industry trends

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of relevant experience in high-volume restaurant/bar/lounge settings
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of POS systems and operations
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
