Senior Manager, AV

About the role

The AV Team is responsible for delivering and supporting AV solutions that connect people with technology while maximizing efficiency and productivity. We are a close-knit team that shares knowledge and support for one another while striving to provide the best possible A/V experience for others.

What You'll Do

• Manage a team of global AV engineers
• Manage and maintain the strategic direction of the Global AV environment as well as the operational uptime for all conferencing and collaboration technologies
• Deliver timely business partner support for productivity, communication, and collaboration services
• Promptly respond to user inquiries
• Manage and mentor team members
• Implement global Audio-Visual projects
• Handle budgeting and strategic direction for technology
• Oversee global collaboration facilities and technologies such as WebEx and Zoom

Who You Are

• A strong leader and technologist who can work in a fast-paced environment
• An experienced manager who knows how to motivate and challenge a global team
• Subject Matter Expert with current AV technologies including Crestron, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Interop, Lightware Event Manager, etc.
• Advanced experience in commercial AV installations; projectors, screens, displays, wiring/cabling, computer controls and rack-building
• Advanced experience with the programming and configuration of systems and a firm understanding of gain structure, acoustic echo reference, feedback suppression, etc.
• Experience managing Internal Events (SKO) & Large conferences
• Ability to manage the installation of hardware and configure audio, video and network parameters
• Ability to think and work independently and as a team environment

Pay

Base salary range for this role is 129,800 - 201,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. Final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
