About the role
Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the operational delivery of AMS benefits programs and compliance
- Act as the main operational liaison for cross-functional alignment across multiple departments
- Lead the entire leave of absence lifecycle in collaboration with LOA vendors
- Manage and develop a skilled team of benefits and leave specialists
- Maintain and enhance vendor relationships with carriers and brokers, ensuring accountability
Requirements
- 7+ years of benefits and leave of absence experience, with 3+ years in a people management role
- In-depth knowledge of US health and welfare benefits and applicable regulations
- Experience with third-party administration (TPA) and carrier relationships
- Strong operational improvement and process scalability track record
- Demonstrated curiosity and integration of AI tools into operations

Pay
$143,500 – $205,000 annually
