Senior Manager – Alt Channels

The Senior Manager – Alt Channels will lead Consumer National Vendor & Channel sales strategy and processes supporting Face‑to‑Face sales channels, including national door‑to‑door (D2D) vendors and master agents. Reporting to the National Director F2F of Sales, this role drives sales targets, vendor acquisition, contract negotiation, onboarding, lead management, order‑entry procedures, and system integration with internal and external Frontier sales partners, while improving process efficiency and implementing future program enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Face‑to‑Face channel sales targets and achieve KPI and penetration goals for core and expansion fiber markets, including growth and recruitment of vendors and increased D2D headcount.
• Negotiate and maintain national vendor compensation schedules and programs.
• Ensure national vendor F2F channel readiness for system enhancements, monthly releases, product updates, and price changes.
• Lead vendor onboarding, lead management, order‑entry procedures, and integration with Frontier sales partners.

Requirements

• Experience in sales leadership and operations roles.
• Experience working with internal and external technology teams.
• Experience collaborating with national third‑party sales vendors.
• Strong sales leadership with a proven track record of sales strategy development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Up to 30% travel required.

Pay

Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 base plus commission.
