Senior Manager, Channel Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for daily 3PL operations, including warehousing and distribution
• Monitor 3PL performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL to ensure product integrity and compliance with Good Distribution Practices
• Manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices for compliance and payment
• Ensure compliance across the US commercial product distribution network
• Investigate and resolve DSCSA exceptions in line with regulations and best practices
• Perform role-specific Computer System Validation and Change Control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, logistics, or distribution
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and driving performance
• Strong knowledge of DSCSA compliance requirements
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing and compliance protocols
• Demonstrated proactive mindset for continuous improvement
