Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for daily 3PL operations, including warehousing and distribution
- Monitor 3PL performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL to ensure product integrity and compliance with Good Distribution Practices
- Manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices for compliance and payment
- Ensure compliance across the US commercial product distribution network
- Investigate and resolve DSCSA exceptions in line with regulations and best practices
- Perform role-specific Computer System Validation and Change Control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, logistics, or distribution
- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and driving performance
- Strong knowledge of DSCSA compliance requirements
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing and compliance protocols
- Demonstrated proactive mindset for continuous improvement
