Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Process Excellence

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Process Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This leader will guide enterprise-wide transformation efforts that improve operational performance and strengthen execution across the organization. The role will blend process excellence, AI enablement, and change leadership to drive measurable productivity gains and better business outcomes. This individual will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into scalable, data-driven improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$113,962 – $178,067 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to improve performance
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and strategic consulting
• Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to enhance productivity
• Support governance for AI and automation initiatives at the enterprise level
• Champion change management and training for new technology adoption
• Measure business value through KPI development and executive reporting
• Facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional teams for process improvement

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required
• 10+ years in process excellence and operational transformation
• Strong business consulting and executive facilitation skills
• Experience with AI, automation platforms, and RPA
• Proficient in change management methodologies
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
