Senior Manager, AI Transformation & Organizational Design

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders to analyze workflows and redesign job roles to leverage AI
• Partner with HRBPs to assess and recommend new organizational models for efficiency and value
• Develop strategies for reskilling and upskilling the workforce to adapt to evolving needs
• Conduct workforce planning analysis and provide insights on talent needs and role shifts related to AI
• Lead change management initiatives ensuring smooth transitions and measuring success of organizational changes
• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders regarding AI's impact on organizational design and strengthen HRBP capabilities
• Own the application of skills intelligence to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions
• Stay up to date with industry best practices in AI and workforce transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• 8+ years in organizational design, change management, or related HR consulting with tech focus
• Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications; project experience preferred
• Proven track record of job redesign and organizational restructuring implementation
• Strong experience in creating workforce reskilling and development programs
• Experience working with HR Business Partners in large-scale transformations
• Experience with skills-based workforce initiatives or AI-informed talent strategies within complex organizations
• Excellent analytical skills for forecasting and modeling organizational changes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay

$138,000 – $180,000 annually
