We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (company description maybe? It's part of description but maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Company description might be considered not boilerplate but maybe part of job posting. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to decide which sections to include. We have content: Job Description includes location, role description, key responsibilities, qualifications, preferred experience, why join Sia, additional information (compensation & benefits, workplace, work authorization, commitment). We need to map to sections. Sections possible: - About the role: could be the "The Role" paragraph. - Responsibilities: "Key Responsibilities" list. - Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" (mandatory) and "Preferred Experience". Could combine. - Skills: maybe not explicit separate; could be part of qualifications. - Benefits: we have benefits details. - Pay: we have base salary range. - Schedule: we have location/hybrid info: "Open to NYC, SF Bay Area, or Seattle candidates (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)" and workplace expectations. Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Senior Manager, AI Delivery Lead - Legal & RegTech. We must not include Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We need to be careful not to omit any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive info: Company Description: maybe not required but could be considered substantive. However they said remove boilerplate; company description may be considered generic but it's about the company. Might be okay to keep? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Company description is not those. Could keep as part of About the role? But we have a section About the role; we could include company description there? However they said "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put a brief description of the role and maybe company context under About the role. But we must preserve all substantive information; if we omit company description, we might be losing info. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include company description within About the role section. Let's parse the posting: - Company Description: Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group... (details). This is substantive. - Job Description: Location: Open to NYC, SF Bay Area, or Seattle candidates (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) - The Role: paragraph. - Key Responsibilities: bullet list (multiple items). We need to capture each bullet. - Qualifications: list of requirements (8+ years..., 3+ years..., track record..., strong understanding..., practical experience..., working knowledge..., experience developing proposals..., strong workshop facilitation..., Bachelor’s degree...). We'll capture each as list items. - Preferred Experience: list (Experience with platforms..., Experience developing contract playbooks..., Ability to prototype..., An established network...). We'll capture as list. - Why join Sia: paragraph. - Additional information: Compensation & Benefits: includes Base Salary range, Annual Performance Bonus, Personal Sales Bonus (uncapped), Benefits list (Medical, dental, vision; company-paid life and AD&D; voluntary supplemental insurance and EAP; 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting; HSA and FSA options; College savings and student loan repayment programs; Paid parental leave; generous PTO, nine company holidays, and one floating holiday; Cell phone stipend; well-being and professional development programs). Also note benefits subject to plan terms. - Workplace: description about in-person collaboration, expectation to work from Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week, reside within reasonable commuting distance, list of offices. - Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in US, not eligible for visa sponsorship. - Our Commitment: diversity statement, equal opportunity employer. We need to decide which sections to include. We have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: combine Company Description + The Role + Location? Maybe. - Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe the mandatory Qualifications (8+ years etc). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Experience? Or we could treat Qualifications as mandatory and Requirements as something else? But we have both headings; we need to decide which to use. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both mandatory qualifications and preferred experience. Could put mandatory under Qualifications and preferred under Requirements? Or vice versa. Usually Qualifications are mandatory, Requirements maybe similar. But we have both; we can split: Qualifications = mandatory qualifications; Requirements = preferred experience? Or we could combine both under Qualifications and leave Requirements empty (but we must not emit heading with filler). So we need to decide. Better: Use Qualifications for mandatory qualifications (8+ years etc). Use Requirements for preferred experience (platforms etc). Skills maybe not needed; we could omit Skills heading if no specific skills list separate. But we could treat some skill items as Skills. However we already have qualifications covering skills. To avoid thin sections, we could omit Skills. Benefits: we have benefits details. Pay: we have base salary range. Schedule: we have location/hybrid and workplace expectations (3 days onsite, reside within commuting distance). Could include schedule info. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement? The "Our Commitment" is EEO/diversity statement; that is boilerplate; we should remove it. Similarly Work Authorization maybe not boilerplate but it's a requirement; could be included under Requirements or Qualifications? It's a legal requirement; we could include it under Requirements maybe as a bullet. But the instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Work Authorization is not EEO; it's a legal requirement. Might keep. But we need to preserve all substantive information; removing the EEO statement is allowed. Removing Work Authorization might be considered substantive? It's a requirement for applicants; maybe we should keep it. However it's not explicitly listed in headings; we could incorporate it into Requirements or Qualifications as a bullet. Similarly "Our Commitment" is EEO boilerplate; remove. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Location: Open to NYC, SF Bay Area, or Seattle candidates (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

But we already have location maybe under Schedule. However we included location in About the role; maybe better to put location under Schedule. Let's keep About the role just company description and The Role paragraph. Then location/hybrid under Schedule. Thus:
