Senior Manager, Legal Technology, Operations & AI Enablement

For our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Legal Technology Operations & AI Enablement to join their team. This role focuses on leading operational priorities with an emphasis on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes.

About the role

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing legal operations team
• Implement and adopt an AI enablement program for legal processes
• Execute and scale legal and business operations initiatives
• Continuously improve contract lifecycle management systems and integrations
• Manage outside counsel operations and enforce billing guidelines
• Develop and maintain knowledge management infrastructure with KPI dashboards

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in legal operations, strategy & operations, or related fields
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Experience in end-to-end technology implementations with deep systems integrations
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling and managing agentic workflows
• Strong analytical and project management skills

Pay

$199,000 – $210,000 annually
