Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of actuarial analysts to drive high-quality deliverables
- Evaluate and optimize Commercial formulary strategies for cost and access
- Perform complex actuarial analyses to support pricing and product development
- Analyze financial implications of product innovations and legislative changes
- Design data-driven studies with actionable business recommendations
- Present compelling insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Set priorities, lead projects from concept to execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of actuarial experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrated technical/analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work east coast times

$106,605 – $260,590 annually
