Senior Manager, Actuarial

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of actuarial analysts to drive high-quality deliverables
• Evaluate and optimize Commercial formulary strategies for cost and access
• Perform complex actuarial analyses to support pricing and product development
• Analyze financial implications of product innovations and legislative changes
• Design data-driven studies with actionable business recommendations
• Present compelling insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
• Set priorities, lead projects from concept to execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of actuarial experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Demonstrated technical/analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work east coast times

Pay

$106,605 – $260,590 annually
