Senior Manager, Accounts Payable
Job Purpose
The Sr. Manager of Accounts Payable will oversee the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments, maintaining strong financial controls, and driving continuous improvement across AP operations. This role will be a key partner to both finance and business executives in ensuring that invoices and payments are appropriately recorded and paid timely.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of Dior US and Canada invoices in compliance with Dior/LVMH policies and procedures
- Be the key point of contact for both internal and external executives related to any Accounts Payable issues
- Manage vendor master data, including maintaining Dior/LVMH standards when setting up new vendors
- Maintain compliance with all accounting and internal control policies related to payment authorization
- Be responsible for the month end close of Accounts Payable, including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts
- Run Annual Year End tasks, including 1099 year-end compliance
- Develop and maintain monthly reporting key performance indicators related to the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement
Profile Requirements
- At least 10 years or more of relevant experience, with at least 4 years of supervisory or management experience
- Direct experience with SAP is required, experience with Coupa is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational/time management skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of their work
Additional Information
The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $125,000 - $135,000 per hour/annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
