What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Accounts Payable function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Lead a global team managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and payment approvals
• Optimize AP workflows and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely payments and compliance with corporate policies
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in AP processes and systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience managing accounts payable operations in complex or global organizations
• 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience with AP systems, ERP platforms, and process automation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks relevant to Accounts Payable

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, CA, CIMA, CMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent
• Experience establishing and maintaining internal controls and compliance frameworks
• Exposure to finance transformation or operational efficiency projects
